Description
The Fanar UNF HSS-E TN2 coated spiral flute machine taps are the ideal tool for tapping blind hole applications on conventional and CNC machines, for machining of steels with tensile strength of up to 1000 MPa, stainless steels, cast-irons and aluminium. The tools are protected against wear and tear due to its TN2 coating, developed by Fanar. TiAIN is the base of the coat and it forms an ideal temperature barrier, whereas the TiN layer reduces friction.
